Representative Ultrino Announces New Installment of Monthly Show, Your Voice on the Hill
Your Voice on the Hill will be streamed via Facebook Live on Tuesday, April 20th at 7:00pm—8:00pm
Representative Steven Ultrino will be releasing a new episode of his monthly show, Your Voice on the Hill. Each month, Representative Ultrino invites guest speakers to join him to discuss some of the most pressing issues facing Malden. The show’s April episode will air on Facebook Live on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at 7:00pm to 8:00pm. In this episode, Representative Ultrino will be joined by Dan O’Leary, C.E.O of Mystic Valley Elder Services.
Mystic Valley Elder Services promotes the health and independence of older adults, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers residing in urban and suburban communities north of Boston, including Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winthrop. This episode will focus largely on MVES’ elder services offerings, how these services have evolved and remained accessible throughout the pandemic, and the future of elder care in the Commonwealth.
“I’m excited to discuss the state of elder care in our Commonwealth,” said Representative Ultrino (D – Malden). “Some of our most vulnerable citizens depend on the services offered by MVES, and I’m excited to speak with Dan about how we can best support our elders during—and after—the pandemic.”
The episode will close with roughly 15 minutes for audience questions for Representative Ultrino and Dan O’Leary about resources available through MVES or other local providers.
