Last week, the House passed H.4912, An Act creating a 2050 road map to a clean and thriving Commonwealth. This bill includes measures to invest in clean energy, reduce emissions, increase efficiency, and implement a $12 million workforce development plan to create new clean jobs across Massachusetts.
